I see that Maine’s most searched word is “Connecticut.”

I like reading all of these in John Mulaney’s Jager swooping point and British shout.
That was actually Leonard Maltin’s original review of the film also.
I can’t really recommend it as a good film, but if you like watching guys drink beer and play volleyball with their shirts off while wearing jorts then this movie has everything
My childhood nostalgia is very much looking forward to this movie, though my adult intellect could care less. Growing up, my dad’s closest friend was Jack Epps Jr., who co-wrote the original Top Gun, and I was 8 when it came out, so it played a big role in my cultural life at that age. I’m really curious to know what…
Counterpoint: Abusers like Weinstein hardly ever get what they deserve, so in the rare case that they do, it’s okay to celebrate a sign that the world just might be headed in the right direction. ESPECIALLY when we have so few of those these days.
I have never seen the original, but I read this anyway.
I saw their blurb on the DVD sleeve.
“It was good. Lots of teeth and lots of sweat.”

HIGHWAY TO THE DANGER ZONE!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYBODY CUT FOOTLOOSE! I’M ALRIGHT, DON’T NOBODY WORRY ABOUT ME!!!!! OH, YEAH!
Speaking as someone who has multiple sclerosis, this is where I stop listening to Pusha T. If he thinks MS is so fucking amusing, he can go through my life, take my meds, and suffer my falls and lack of movement.
Kinda like when Drake made fun of Kid Cudi’s mental health struggles.
made fun of his producer for having multiple sclerosis
How very well said. I am similarly (yet contrarily) reminded of when Bin Laden was finally captured and killed, and the tone-deaf celebration that ensued in the Western world, as if the worst individual’s demise somehow instantly solved all of the centuries-long issues in that realm, and no further thoughts/feelings…
The question of does Weinstein’s arrest bring you joy is something that has really troubled me. The whole situation is awful, there is no joy in it. When the pictures of him in the handcuffs came up online and writers started asking his accusers how happy they’re feeling now he is arrested, it made me sick.
Most of the time darkly funny means mean-spirited, but in a frivolous way. In this case, this show was indeed genuinely hilarious about a dark subject. I loved it for that.
Darkly funny is one thing, but darkly laugh out loud funny is a higher level that is really hard to do. This show did it, especially last night.
Villanelle gem of the episode ‘I think about you, too. I mean, I masturbate about you a lot’’.
The car scene of Eve and Konstantin just laughing after everything they’re saying was easily one of my favorite scenes of the season loll
