Yeah, the BBC should stop being a world leader in news, documentaries and educational programs and concentrate their whole revenue from the license fee on the important stuff.

WHAT WAS WITH THE KANGAROO
Clearly none of these people have ever read "One Fine Day In the Middle of the Night" or they'd know what a terrible idea this was.
When I saw this as a kid it scared the shit out of me and every time there's a SARS/flu/etc. outbreak I can't help but hope that somewhere, somehow, Dustin Hoffman is out there.
I like the movie, but yes - that does require some heavy suspension of disbelief.
I love Equinox too, but when you watch it as part of a series (I watched Voyager in two episode dollops every couple of weeks on VHS because we had no satellite) Janeway is supposed to be held up against Savage - and yet every other week she's as nuts as he is. It doesn't work for me when placed in the series.
I love you, Kathryn, but even I have to admit you had some serious issues. I love hearing Kate Mulgrew speak about Janeway though. It must have been very frustrating for her.
I think Kara's personality shift is pretty clearly explained by her frakking PTSD.
Admittedly haven't read the actual article but I'm not sure I'd class that as 'awareness'.
You say it as a joke, but it could well be a contributing factor.
There's a lot of research in farm animals about how negative handling in pregnant mothers (goats, sheep and cattle most often) result in flightier, more stress-prone offspring.
Jesus that's terrifying!
Here it is no clan-clan smell. It is no other-clan smell. It is no them-clan smell. It is all sore and sharp in her nose and she shakes head, rattling against the confines of the bubble around her skull.
I have a sudden urge to play Fallout
And with this post I am now firmly on Ben Affleck's side! You go dude! If I can find my Daredevil dvd I'll . . . well I won't watch it, but I'll remember it.
Ooooooohhhh, that is harsh. Not sure it quite works on Twitter actually. Not enough self-awareness in this medium.
Those two movies were actually developed independently and Dredd was scripted before Raid was. Common misconception.
Kate Elliott's 'Crown of Stars' saga. I started reading that when I was a kid and finished just a few years ago. I don't remember any of the middle books - everything after Prince of Dogs was a hot mess.
You know what, if they really dedicate themselves to this idea: say "This is the film we're making, this is the story we're telling, its in its own universe, we want to tell the story of a bitter, unhappy (Batman Beyond esque?) Bruce and a slightly murderous Clark, and we are going to take our cues from one-off comics…
Most DNA is not junk DNA, that is a myth.
