So, um, what's the draw to super cars again? According to this they suck to own, the depreciation is absurd and, in general, are a disappointment to own.

Some are great on the track. I get that. They are a blast to drive, given the right circumstances, I totally get that. But it's not like you can't have as much

great job, Doug!

Scion isn't doing well because Toyota didn't listen to our brilliance when we redesigned the Hako:

This is kind of the same freedom-robbing time-saver as the mobile phone. Remember when we though how neat-o it'd be to talk anywhere, to always be available to talk on the phone. No? Well someone did, I'm sure.

What we lost was the ability to be lost...to be NOT available. No longer is being at work an excuse to

It's an oldy but a goody...the 1958 300D that we had as a kid was a normal production car that Chrysler only produced in 1958. 618 hardtops were produced and only 191 convertibles were ever made. That's f'in rare.

excellent! thanks!

Thank you! That is awesome advice. I've been trying to get it all straight in my head, but there are lots of variables.

The head gasket is something I've heard about, so anything ej253 and newer should be okay?

I'm on the fence between performance vs. lower operating costs, so this is good info.

Nice! What year? And where are you in TX?

Yeah, there are a couple sub-$10K or close to on AutoTrader. Like this one.

The answer, as always, is UNIMOG.

Wow! That is awesome!

That thing is perfect! Maybe Chevy will make it and call the Sonic ZR2 or something.

The new car is different. It's a stunner. It makes jaws drop when people see it, mark my words. "Cute" doesn't even enter into your vocabulary here. From most angles it looks like a baby Jaguar F-Type, especially from the rear. I mean that in a good way, especially since the Miata is smaller and cheaper.

The second place winner in this class was also a Toyota, correct? This Land Cruiser?

I'd be okay if they bastardized the Miata platform and plopped this thing on it. RWD CUV FTW? Anyone have insight on why they wouldn't?

I thought the HHIC on the jacket was cute.

New to this bike thing, looking for an intro street bike to compliment the KTM 450 EXC for dirt that I don't ride enough. The Honda and the Scrambler look awesome. The 390 Duke in that same camp?

It's on a Hilux!

Are you a douchebag because you buy it or does it make you a douchebag by driving it?
