I haven’t driven one yet. But I hope BMW has made an adjustment in the right direction when it made the M2 - from what I understand, it’s not too dissimilar from the E46... I don’t particularly love BMW, but I don’t think they’re blind to what’s happening.

I kind of see your argument here as saying “Mom- cousin Jimmy is waving a torch around” while all around you the house is already burning down.

I don’t understand your point. If it’s that Chelsea Manning should have been more careful and taken more steps? OK, but what? Who put who at risk? The army by behaving in an unscrupulous manner? Or a leaker who could have caused security breaches that created damage, but really didn’t.

I’m having a hard time feeling much in the way of pity for the army for the damage caused by Chelsea Manning - the security costs vs. specific civilian deaths are not equal. I think you’re creating a false equivalence.

Eh, no. Manning had knowledge of obfuscation, corruption and wrongdoing by the Army - and tried to make it known, you can make judgement about her efforts to make these things known internally before making the leak, but she didn’t just casually download files and make them available just because.

As someone who sorts through data for a living - it’s very easy to armchair ref this thing and say Chelsea should have combed through the information to release only the important bits, but I think we should consider that this person probably believed they would be discovered, and was trying to get what they believed

This is a dumb take. One. Clearly this was something other surfers were doing as well. Two. Being 16 means doing irresponsible things fairly often. Death seems like an excessive punishment. It’s one thing to say, hey, he probably shouldn’t be doing that, and quite another insinuating that he somehow deserved to die.

Removing aero makes it have a higher top speed. Don’t think they purposefully made it “faster”. It’s just a function of taking away downforce.

Lol - back to urban dictionary to connect the dots are we?

You’re not too good with hints are you? I’m making fun of you precisely because you probably did study at the Sorbonne, and you’re the type of asshole to use that to make you seem more right. It’s weak rhetoric.

Well. I don’t have that Sorbonne cred.

I’m guessing that the “serious” actors are the ones who care about spelling and not sounding like rednecks? What about the “serious” actors that name-drop French buildings into conversations in order to bolster their credibility. I want to see your Sorbonne certificate.

Holy shit, the Sorbonne? What movie are we in? All anyone is saying is that if you can’t bring a source that backs up that (wrong) spelling other than urban dictionary, you’re always and forever wrong.

I hear you. And if heated seats is your benchmark. Then by all means. My neighbor has an SS 1LE and it’s a no nonsense monster and it’s hilarious. But I don’t rate it close to as engaging or fun as my father in laws 991 GTS which is probably slower around a track. And neither of them are as fun as my 3.2 Carrera which

The Camaro deserves props for being a top performer. But if all that mattered was a car’s on-track performance then you don’t even have to get to Camaro. You’d be just fine in a Caterham or Atom or even any number of stripped out road cars. The Camaro is precisely a blend of livable performance and brand heritage in

I think the “only stock” crowd actually pisses me off as badly or worse than the overwrought modding crowd. Cars were always built to a price to greater or lesser degree. If I love a car, I want to make it the best it can be, and me personally, want to keep it looking fairly stock.

This is like the 2nd or 3rd bad flood in Houston in the past few years. This one was just worse and more widely televised. My mom lost her house 2 years ago in south west Houston. I think after that, a lot of people got flood insurance, it was maybe even mandatory.

90s Toyota truck/4Runner was stunning. I love them.

Interesting idea - may want a longer, more detailed format. I’m definitely interested in the 928, but this video could have been more compelling?
