Certainly there are other things impeding the development of Valve games, but specific to Left 4 Dead it might have to do with all those awful nerds who got furiously mad when they put out a sequel one year after the original.

After this nonsense I just went ahead and deleted the whole game.

If you played this game with a headset (and you can still do this on Xbox 360 with a wireless earpiece) all of Brian Cox’s dialogue comes to you *through* the earpiece. It’s chilling.

You creep up on a gang member, savagely garrotte them, and here this crackle into your ear: “You’re really doing it for me! Why I ain’t

Surprised but also not surprised that this is basically just a reskin of the HD Borderlands 2 + Presequel console ports.

How exactly were they spending those 6+ years in development.

What comes after the ellipsis, I’m dying to know.

Wow, I never thought of it that way. Then again, I’m not a naïve dipshit.

That last one is up in Jacob’s territory in FC5, and there’s a hostage rescue mission that takes place there. Northwest edge of the lake.

As much as I like the changes made to the Far Cry formula in New Dawn, I kind of wish the .5 was bundled with the 5 from the get-go, simply because of the plot continuity.

The less

My experience has been to the contrary, thus far, but perhaps I have simply not been drunk enough.

Unfortunately, getting drunk in the game will not make it play any better, as is the case with real life.

Yeah, I started Exodus in Russian, but was missing some key directional dialogue during the extremely-on-rails tutorial sections, so I’m gonna have to save it for a second playthrough. But it’s the only real way to play a Metro game, to me. I just wish Last Light had the Russian option on consoles.

It’s hard to gauge without those viewership numbers or knowing exactly *what* to Netflix is an unprofitable or unworthy show (their cancellations have offered some clues, but it’s still a challenge establishing a consistent ethic behind it). The Disney ownership of Marvel Entertainment only further complicates things.

I think the choice to put Madani in the CIA is really just laying some narrative groundwork for getting Frank out of the US, if we’re lucky enough to get a third season that ALSO has some location shoots. It might amount to some stock footage of South America, while all the action happens up close and personal in a

“You have to eat the dog shit for a full hour before you can reasonably decide that it tastes bad.”

That’s what you sound like.

Did we play the same game? I was immediately struck by how poorly Apex plays, not just in comparison to Titanfall 2, but with most any shooter available. Characters felt like wheelbarrows full of concrete.

For comparison, I put about 120 hours into Titanfall 2, and I deleted Apex after 18 minutes. Before it finished installing, actually.

Although I did post my initial comment before playing the game, I had every intention to download and give it an honest shake when I was home from work. My reaction here is based on past experience with the free-to-play pivot (Lawbreakers ring any bells?) and a general knowledge of how the games industry operates.

Now

Imagine if you moved 200% slower, couldn’t wall run, and your scorestreak didn’t work half the time. That’s how this plays.

Alright, fuknwaggle, send me your paycheck.

I’m more than a bit suspicious about that, though, since it was confirmed they were working on a Titanfall 3 at one point, and that EA has used this as a forced marketing strategy in the past (i.e. developers must tell fans that this was their idea, and it’s good!).

It’s Titanfall! Without any of the things you liked in the original games!

Man, fuck EA.
