Farmer neighbor bought 3 of the Buick versions of these when new, drove one stored the other, had 50k on the third when he passed away

Everything is dead at Tesla with Elon Musk name on it. I’d rather drive an 1959 Edsel.

I would like to think that they all apologized to each other, piled in that Subaru, bottoming out the suspension, and then proceeded to bankrupt the local Golden Corral.

Boy they sure burned a lot of calories tracking down this hero, didn’t they? Lot’s of unsolved murders on the daily, but they just had to concentrate on this guy.

We really ought to have some sort of required financial literacy education in this country...

Short of wearing the actual red hat, there’s no other way more effective in communicating to the world that you’re a FUCKING ASSHOLE, than driving one of these monstrosities. Fucking morons.

It’s Florida. I’ve lived there; Cesspool City. I say make the fines $500, and for those caught going solo in the HOV lane, a cool grand/per, or even kick it up a grand on every subsequent.

At what point do you put warrants out for a driver’s arrest, or at least impound the offending car? $1000 in tickets? $10,000?

I’m sorry your commute is 90 seconds longer now.

At least they got a vehicle. There’s still 2,500 suckers who paid $50k up front for a Roadster (supposed to be delivered in 2020... they’re now saying 2025).

“I’m not a Trump fan but eggs are 20 cents more expensive so I’m going to vote for a fascist.”

Tried to listen but can’t hear you over the cyberdumpster gets stuck on a wet lawn before catching on fire.

Not an Elon Musk fan

but if you compare against current MSRP, which is lower in 2024 than it was in 2023, it’s only 8% depreciation”

Rarity will drive up the resale value of the Cybertrucks that remain in drivable condition after three years, because there just won’t be many left.

Most schools have been around for decades, so your argument only works for maybe this one place you’re talking about, and even then you’re advocating for mob rule.

I’m sorry, I don’t have very much sympathy for folks speeding in a school zone. It’s posted, often with flashing lights. They gave warnings at first. Don’t speed near schools.

YMMV.

Isn’t that what every fine is in the end?
