Didn’t catch Season 1 much, but Season 2 is kinda OK. The cast is on the run from the First Order and they have to work together with a group of pirates who want to do pirate-y things instead. Mind you, it’s not amazing (and honestly, not as good as Spider-Man right now), but it’s OK. 

My oldest daughter actively dislikes Resistance (it’s boring, daddy), but is making me go back and watch Rebels with her. Fine. Twist my arm, kid.

Nope it has not improved.
