I prefer stuff with no logos except on the spine. Since we look at covers from direction on the shelf, there is no need to clutter any of the art on the front

Its not a great game, and alot of Rares fps guys left to make free radical. But the things they did with coop at the time was really interesting. Like splitting up in one sequence where your a support sniper.. Also perfect dark always did have some awesome fucking guns.

i have viva pinata one but i always wanted trouble in paradise. i even like perfect dark zero. Despite its overly shiny graphics there were some brilliant sequences in it. and it had colour for chrissakes. colour!

There were so many ideas being thrown about. Who knows what the final product would have been.

Yeah the guy who created the game was talking about a sequel very briefly very briefly around the time he said that perfect dark sequel was cancelled. It was going to be muliplayer focused, though Conker's original multiplayer on n64 was way more innovative than the team based stuff they made for live and reloaded

Yeah its too bad they were planning to kill him off in the first half hour and focus entirely on the Squirrel v Teddybear War in the proposed/ cancelled before it left the concept stage.

Sort of. I was thinking about a construction robot escaping from a top secret government base with the feds on his tail.

I was going for a more XIII crossed with looney tunes vibe and aesthetic. But with insane gore and dismemberment

Strange. I got arkham city on ps3. I got popup maybe once

true but I was thinking. Making an action game with those concepts (using gary's mod like tools and this cutting device to take out enemies using makeshift weapons and traps). Like Metal Gear Rising is heading in the direction with cutting as well as Tiny and Big. but not far enough.

Now playing

they said they'd do it. And if mac port isn't very good. I'll wait till I get a pc and redownload it on steam

Thats fair enough. Everybody's preferences guide what they like. I like nuts and bolts. I like how it promotes experimentation and lateral thinking since it is a puzzle game, built around the construction and use of vehicles. Your more a JRPG guy (I think). I'm not. I mean I like ff9 12 and 6 as well as tactics. But

But of all the people, Kim Swift should know, by virtue of her valve origins, that having mac support is a cash cow with its rising user base.

Really? I found it disturbingly complex for a kids game when you got to the higher levels. I mean like sim hospital or rollercoaster tycoon complex. It's interface is just simplified.

Motherfucker! There's no mac client. I mean why add mac export functionality if no one's going to fucking use it.

I would recommend viva pinata. I don't know why but I think you would like it.

Fun side note. Moebius designed the original panzer dragoon.
