There is definitely a lot of room between housepet and wild animal. I would bet on it being a socialized stray.

My grandma had a Husky/Shepherd/wolf mix who looked very similar to this. And as another poster mentioned, he seemed pretty chill moseying around that hallway, so I'm inclined to think it's not wild.

It caused at least one other woman—also an officer in the military—to come out of the woodwork and tell her story about how she was raped by the same man, who was her superior.
