I WISH the US would adopt more roundabouts. I lived in Palm Desert for almost 7 years and they had a couple of roundabouts in higher traffic areas, and it just flowed so nicely.

People who think that it’s a competition. My family takes a lot of road trips in the summer. During these road trips, I almost always set my cruise control. I often come across people who for whatever reason don’t like to be passed. Many times during a drive I will begin closing in on someone who is going slower than

Out here in Antivaxxistan our freedumbs include: the right to drive a rusted out David Tracy wet-dream-mobile spewing pollution without the inconvenience of a government inspection; the right to camp in the left lane (in a tent if we want); the right to finish texting or posting to the ‘Gram through one entire light

Also people who don’t signal, people who don’t know what YIELD means and people who think they can make their exit from the far left lane

Being a 4th generation Colorado kid has shown me that for some reason we get all of the worst drivers from all over the country coming to recreate, and getting their first taste of snow driving on interstate 70 with a family of four, faces frozen in terror, as they careen towards the ditch doing a perfect 1080 to rest

Never ending construction

The worst thing, by far, are the drivers that don’t bother learning how to drive (by that I mean actually drive a vehicle, not understand how to read signs - which is all you need to get a license) and the selfish pricks that love to camp out in the left lanes.

cops are 90% of the worst things about road tripping in america.  the other 10% is Ohio

It’s Louisiana. It’s amazing that he’s wearing anything on his feet.

Subaru Outback

If they voted him out, they’d have to admit they were wrong in the first place. Their specific brand of moral cowardice is based on their absolute terror of discovering they are not right all the time. That someone else could be right, and they’d have to admit it, even a tacit admission, is the worst possible thing

Because cops...something something something... hard choices, etc. ACAB.

Digging around court records, it looks like they originally filed soon after the incident, but the TSA argued that they (or their counsel) didn’t properly follow procedure and got it dismissed.

Ford Flex. It wasn’t a flop, but selling a little over 300,000 units during a run of 12 model years wasn’t enough for the blue oval. Selling a CUV alternative is tough when your customers overwhelmingly prefer a regular old CUV. The cool and funky wagon-ish vehicle lost out bigly to the generic blobs. Sad!

Only 35k ever made over a 4 year run. Partially because GM killed the brand (along with Pontiac), and partially because it filled a niche between the Corvette and Miata (and the base level competed directly with the Miata)...an answer to a question few really asked.

This thing is almost aggressively awful. From the inability to figure out just what you’re trying to copy to the dodgy chassis situation underneath to the inability to put a manual transmission in this thing to that utterly ridiculous asking price, nothing about this is appealing. This thing smells like someone is irra

The trucking industry fought for a lot of things, but it all started to go to hell in the 70's. It also hasn’t helped that truckers by and large support positions that bit them in the ass and would make older generations of truckers spin in their graves.

“Grandpa was a truck driver, drove 28 days a month and mom had to work two jobs to keep us in PB&J sandwiches, don’t even think of being a truck driver son.”

You don’t want to be the third owner of any expensive German sedan.

I hope he steps back, trips, and by some divine intervention, he accidentally sits on a razor bladed dildo...
