My father was murdered by a black guy.

I’m sad too, as a Jund play, Infect players were my bread and butter. Now I have to swing in with 8/8 one-drops, sad.
This and the scene with Mantis were the best parts of the film. Truly showing, not telling the story.
Do you pussies actually cry when you’re talking about this stuff? I always just assumed that it was sarcasm or exaggeration. I can honestly say that I’ve never cried during a movie. I guess when my mom told me that movies aren’t real, I believed her.
Oh no. Is Angela going to fight Tomi in the courtyard for dissing her friend? Don’t be overly sensitive, everyone is open to critisism and commentary. Dr. King cheated on his wife and on his college thesis. Fight me!
This happened to my step-father. His last name is Hosino so a school thought he was Japanese and hired him for a teaching position. My step-father is Puerto Rican by birth, about 6'5" 250 completely sleeved out (naked chick tats), loud, biker dude. He scared the kids in his class and made him teach the delinquent kids…
“Breaks the internet” means that black people think it’s funny or sexy, right?
Planeswalker cards come into play with a number of “Loyalty” counters equal to the number in the bottom right corner. The abilities with numbers on the left side of the text box gives you plus or minus loyalty counters. When the planeswalker has 0 loyalty counters it goes to the graveyard. They don’t (usually) have…
Cubone has been my favorite since I was 10 years old. I’m not into Pokemon so much these days. But that might be a worthwhile purchase.
Hey look, Nathan throws temper tantrums at his videos games. “That’s so surprising,” said no one.
This article really skims over the Aircraft carrier’s primary self-defense mechanism. The Battle Group. The Aircraft carrier travels in a battle group of cruisers, destroyers, and submarines. You need to get through those guys as well as get your killing shot on the carrier. Is it possible to get a submarine into…
Where in Time is Carmen San Diego was what got me into history. I always wanted to play that game even tried to get my mom to take me to the studio and try out. I was too young and my family was too poor. I remember enjoying the cartoon. It had a bad ass theme song and I always like when the bad guy is one step ahead.…
I think that if you took out the constant waxing of “blackness”, Black Panther the series could be about any “King-hero”. Coates’ current series is literally about the Royal family fighting rebels and giving up their monarchy. It’s the exact same thing that’s happening in the Inhuman’s books.
Every character is completely unlikeable. It was a weird feeling. I loved Grossman’s writing style, but I hated every damn character. I finished the series, but I was glad to be done with those characters when I finished book 3.
Best part about Mega City is that it’s one of the few places in Japan where I can get FroYo and soft pretzels (in Diver City). Both of which are relatively hard to find here in Japan.
What bothers me is when people say “majority of popular characters and their narratives and stories aren’t defined by their race”, and then start deciding what characters are or aren’t defined by their race. Black Panther could be any monarch, Luke Cage could be any crabby strong man character, Falcon is literally…
That Sephiroth looks like it might be biting a little off of Tezzeret from MtG. Also, good job changing Japanese characters to black. I guess asians are too white to keep their race.
This comment should not be in the greys.
Yeah, babies make females vulnerable for 9-months and almost literally split the mother down the middle on the way out. Afterwards the child requires constant care until it can move around independently without supervision. It’s built into us to want to do that to our bodies, otherwise our species would have died out…
