Higgin’s run on MMPR and his swan song, Shattered Grid, was my favorite comic of the year. There are some good comics on this years list. But some choices are terrible and pandering. Like Coates’ Black Panther run. It’s fucking terrible, just like his first run. And X-Men: Red is cringy with terrible art.

But all the best X-Men stories have nothing to do with the SJW aspects of the X-Men. Red is trash.
