This happens to other people too?!

I think it depends on your definition of a "fling". If a married person hooks up with someone who fully expects them to text the next day, go out for breakfast, get drinks sometime, concealing your marital status is fully wrong - they could get caught up in something very negative through no fault of their own.*
Don't be ashamed. We're doing our part for gender equality! #feministarmy
Agreed! If women catch up to men with "crying while watching the Notebook", the world will surely end.
The whole internet seems to find her amusing, to some degree. I feel like that isn't the compliment she thinks it is...
I fully believe that this woman and (likely) her husband are "spoiled, entitled, pathetic brats". There is clearly something wrong here if she thinks that even after this message, she'll have the chance to return the "bad gift" favour to Tanya at her wedding?! Like hell! Who would invite this monster!
I know! My particular boyfriend definitely doesn't go evolutionary psychology on me, just explains how men are in social situations (as he sees them). Sometimes he's right (ex. when guys shake hands and try to have the strongest grip), but I don't encourage it.
That's wonderful! And not a boner-killer at all, for me. That would be a happy, go-your-own-way sort of crush resolution moment.
Yeahhh you're so right!
I know!! But some girls are. I freaked out on a friend of mine for being attracted to that - all "YOU'RE ENCOURAGING THEM!"
That is terrifying.
Racist? Uh, what?
Ditto, particularly #3 - a lot of guys think that girls want this, and luckily seem to show it off early in the relationship. Like picking a fight with a guy that bumped into you on the sidewalk, etc.
Agreed!!
When a really overconfident crush shows a crack. Like some of us are just more confident than others - but when something happens, and you realize that it's all false swagger, it's such a turnoff. I'd rather someone just be natural, even if it is a little awkward.
This one seemed pretty straightforward to me, but I've been caught unawares by others, so I do know what you mean!
