Isn’t that the American way? It’s no place for a baby but if they aren’t going to have realistic maternity leave options this is what happens.

If you’ve worked with mothers who have literally 0 weeks of maternity leave, your reaction should be getting them maternity leave.

Why shouldn’t it be okay for her to bring a breastfeeding infant with her if she doesn’t even get to take maternity leave? She didn’t say that she was going to have her child around all the time, just when it was needed. This isn’t exactly a typical office environment.

Those rules are that it’s not staffer’s jobs to be babysitters.

Every working mother has to hire childcare for the first 0-12 weeks of their baby’s life?
