You’re right about Uber, the company, but not necessarily about the drivers. And Uber can’t do shit if the drivers decide to participate in the strike.

Donated. This sickens me. WTF America.

To the second guy: I would elaborate on the “where it’s going” point. If the two of you are serious, at *some point* one or the other is going to have to move across the pond. If that’s going to be her, she’s quite likely to face the same challenges that led to the troubles in question (not indefinitely, of course, as

I don’t like breaking up an album by deleting songs that I don’t like from them, so I just thumb down it. Now, only if shuffle play would then skip over the thumbed down tracks...

Whenever you want! I’ve already decided that the Oscars are irrelevant and ignore them (the only reason I clicked on the article is because of the anime.) And if enough people ignore them? Well, that’s when the Oscars become truly irrelevant.

Nah, the bakery enabled the trump to make a fool of himself yet again, and isn’t even profiting from it, so they’re all good in my book.

This is tangential to the topic at hand, but how are escrows used to facilitate selling cars that don’t exist? I mean, that’s exactly the sort of thing escrows are meant to protect against. Sure, if the seller suggest the use of a fake escrow service that’s in on the con, but the article stated that the scam isn’t

“The negatives outweigh the positives, so we should get rid of it, but so long as we do have it, we want the positives and not just the negatives.”

A space canon like you describe is actually a pretty old idea. Though you’d want to launch from the equator so that the you get maximum advantage from the rotational velocity of the Earth.

Man, really? That’s pretty lame.

Just be mindful of the current draw. It doesn’t seem to say on the page, but at a typical 20mA per LED, 60 LEDs will draw about 1.2A. Most battery packs will handle that without issue, but some might not.

But if the rules were different, OSU would have (or at least should have) played it differently. And you can’t blame a team for playing to the current rules, no matter how flawed they may be.

You probably need tea. And water. Maybe you can get away with not having a container if you put the tea in your mouth and swish the water around.

You just described the Volt.

I’m sure most if not all of them would prefer Johnson over Hillary, but voting for Hills actually helps prevent Fuehrer Trump. Call it tired, but until we have a better voting system in place it’s also true. I’m sure it’s a bitter pill to swallow for them, but it’s also the only rational option if you’re putting the

You’re assuming those things are mutually exclusive. They’re not. He’s innately horrible, but unlike most politicians that are innately horrible, he’s not making any effort whatsoever to try to gloss over it. He’s willfully broadcasting his innate horribleness. Or so goes the theory anyway.

I think 10 is great, but hated the upgrade process; of the 4 machines I tried it on, none went completely smoothly. 2 weren’t too bad, but on the other 2 it failed spectacularly (granted, they were both pretty old machines, but they ran 7 just fine.)

It should be noted that light pollution isn’t the only factor for good seeing, things like altitude and humidity matter quite a bit too. But this is a great resource, I’ve been using it for a long time. Here’s another one which covers the whole world: http://darksitefinder.com/maps/world.htm…

I don’t see a legend, but the color gradient should be pretty obvious as it radiates out from the cities...

Not working for me. Primary Prime holder. Tried to buy a lens from the Amazon Warehouse page list, it says the code without the 20 is invalid and with the 20 “cannot be applied to your purchase”.
