And that’s a valid point. Lack of roles for Asian Americans needs to be brought to bear in regards to all roles in general, not just “Asian” roles. I certainly understand the sentiment that “if any roles should be ours, this one should” though.

I use Winsplit Revolution for quick and easy docking of windows to preset (user configurable) sizes/positions. It’s free, unobtrusive, and works great!

That looks like a mighty fine monitor, but for that kind of outlay I’d just go all the way to a ~48" 4K display. A lot more vertical real estate (and even a bit more horizontal.) You can even get it curved. Come to think of it, this monitor is basically a 4K display with the top third of the screen chopped off.

No it’s not. The Sun is about 5800K (as seen from under the atmosphere, it’s around 5900K in space.)

I always roll my eyes at that too. Nothing wrong with a white (or any other color) dude (or gal) teaching martial arts, but drop all that psuedo-Japanese nonsense. But I suppose it’s part of the “exotic” experience they’re selling. At least count in your native tongue for chrissake... It’s counting! Counting isn’t

Point taken. I guess I will just distill it down to “people tend to identify characters that are not explicitly stylized to look otherwise to be like those those around themselves.” That, after all, is probably why comics (be it American or Japanese,) often resort to stereotyped portrayals in the first place, because

Aural feedback is a negative to me; tactile (and for that matter visual, i.e. on screen) feedback is more than enough for me. And I can’t recall ever having an issue with double-taps. I prefer low-force low-throw keys to chunky mechanical, as it allows me to type quickly with minimal force. To each their own I guess.

I find statements like this hilarious. The characters don’t look “Asian” to you because you’re used to “Asian” characters that are practically caricatures. That’s how Asians are portrayed in Western comics after all. But the opposite is true in Asian comics; “Westerners” are portrayed with exaggerated stereotypical

While not impossible, I doubt the tube is going to have windows or be transparent, since that will inevitably make the tube much more expensive. And there’s going to need to be a lot of tube, so it’s going to be quite cost sensitive. Much easier and cheaper to just simulate windows with displays.
