Doesn’t adding the cost of the gearbox they needed at the last minute put them well over the $500 mark? Using parts you have laying around, or from another car you already own, seems like cheating to me.

I bought a 2010 VW Golf from them. I called all the local dealerships, told them I wanted their best price, cash out the door, I only want to come in to sign the paperwork. Jack Daniels was the second lowest price. The lowest was the one in Englewood, and they tried to play games when I walked in the door. Jack

If you’re talking about the one on Rt 17 N (Liberty Hyundai?), they suck. They tried to take advantage of my wife when she brought her Hyundai there for service, adding on all kinds of things that weren’t necessary to pad the bill.

You’re fresh out of college. No mention of your income. You’ve got student loan debt. I’m assuming you’re going to take a loan for 20K to pay the car.

Join the 10xtravel group on Facebook. Check out the website. Read the free e-book they published. It’s all laid out there.

It’s because you earn bonus points on certain categories, like travel and restaurants, then the points are also worth 1.25 or 1.5 cents each on the portal depending on if you have Preferred or Reserve.

I’m not sure what you’re doing wrong then. In every case, cashing out for 1 cent each is a waste of your points. Prices on the portal typically match the airlines own websites as well as the usual aggregators like Kayak. You get as much as 1.5 per point with a Sapphire Reserve, and if transferring points to book a

You’re a fanboy, and I shouldn’t have engaged.

Dude. If you’re saying he was trying to bank it in off his back, which he has done many times before, but instead he sent it in front of the net, what the hell aren’t you getting about what he’s saying? He most certainly did NOT, in this instance, come anywhere near the goalies back. Then his miss led to a lucky

Had that kid not been there, Judge may have gotten to it. Kid was in the way, his glove in the path of the ball, and Judge appears to me to have held up a bit.

No, he’s saying the exact opposite.

Come on. It’s right there. You agree that the words aren’t mansplaining, then you go to add all kinds of conjecture, then go on to state it’s mansplaining anyway. That, right there, is womansplaining.

So, you agree that it’s not mansplaining, but then you somehow find a way to say that actually, yes it is. I think we should call this womansplaining.

Well... sure it’s income. You have the goods/services that the money would have purchased, you just didn’t pay for it. The money most certainly existed - you used a card to make the purchase, the bank gave the retailer the money, and you promised to pay.

So... just trying to get this straight... any time a man corrects a woman, even if she’s wrong, it’s mansplaining. I’ve got it now.

Many years ago, I filed incorrectly so I owed a tiny bit of back taxes (less than 5K). The IRS swooped in and just took that right out of my account - The money was taken, and then days later I got a letter from the IRS about it. Didn’t matter that the money was for rent, food, didn’t matter - they took it.

I cannot get across how happy I am that CWE has not been able to get a foothold where I work. Those who have the same exact job as I do at other companies, but are members of CWE, work more hours for less pay and fewer benefits.

Just because you don’t get it doesn’t make it an inside joke.

The amount of input needed at the handlebars is miniscule compared to how hard he has to move around to change direction. You can’t counteract someone pushing left or right at highway speeds with only your body. Even a child can push the handlebars hard enough that you couldn’t compensate.

Watch the other video, it discusses exactly what you just said.
