Just because someone’s viral load was undetectable last month or last week doesn’t mean they are today. Not disclosing HIV status is a lie by omission.  Let the partner consent to whatever risk they are OK with after full disclosure.

Look, I’m saying this as someone that grew up in the 90's, I loved to death BTAS, STAS, Batman Beyond, Justice League and Justice League Unlimited, I rewatch that shit so much, it’s the finest set of animated programs I’ve ever seen.

FFS. Worst advice EVER. IF you have ANY sexually transmitted condition or one that CAN be sexually transmitted you are a SUPREME asshole if you DO NOT disclose it to someone with whom you’ll be having sex.

How is the answer to the question “should someone inform a person they’re planning on having sex with of the fact that they have a sexually transmitted disease?” not an unambiguous “Yes, yes of course they should inform that other person, because that other person has the absolute right to make an informed decision…
