No, putting out BAD movies with huge budgets killed that studio. if they had made better movies, they would have been fine, but look at the examples you give. They were TERRIBLE even for the time.

From what I have seen on the subject, not an expert obviously, SAG voice actors get royalties just like non voice actors. That excludes a good number of VA talent, but probably includes the bigger names. Non SAG talent is paid by session with a buyout fee.
