@JoStockton: That sounds awesome! I get such a pleasure out of baking cheesecakes, but I always bake them for someone else so I don't have to keep them in the house!

@yearofthewoman: I don't necessarily have any tips, other than being your awesome self. But I wanted to wish you good luck!

@CraftyBroad: That sounds like a pretty awful time. I will keep you and your mom in my thoughts. I hope things start to turn around for you.

@AmberNicole: Sorry you're unhappy about it. I had mixed feelings about turning 25 this year. I think I'm ok with it now. I just always try to celebrate my birthday doing something fun and completely ignoring the getting older part. That probably doesn't help, but I hope you cheer up about it!

@Alohamaid: I will be doing this same freak out in about 6 months, taking the bar in July. I think it's always good to have a little bit of panie. It's always worked for me. But for your own sanity, you should try something relaxing. I will definitely keep my fingers crossed for you and I wish you all the best!

@curiousgeorgiana: I think I would pay a very large sum. That would be amazing.

@fouxdufafa: That sucks and I'm so sorry. I hope you are able to find something else quickly. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

@Krista_Belle: Congrats and best of luck! I'm sure you'll be fantastic!

@ablative: Seriously? I guess that makes me a slut! I don't really understand her reasoning behind that. And I'm not sure many people would agree with her. I hope it made you laugh and didn't add to the sobbing.

@curiousgeorgiana: Good luck! They do get easier after a few times. I will be doing my law school exams next week and the week after. And then one semester left. Can't come soon enough!

@Zombie Ms. Skittles: My cocker spaniel is going to be a pumpkin! He was going to be in a costume contest today, but I am still snowed in, so no go. Hopefully I can get not snowed in by tomorrow so the kids can see him. #nationalcandycornday

I read an article about this subject over the weekend. There are actually 8 states, according to the article, which allow this to happen. One of them happens to be the state I live in, Wyoming, which has a fairly high domestic violence rate. I don't understand the insurance companies' position and think this is

First, I think it's pretty hard to get off campus during the school day for any reason. Second, why don't we start by teaching girls about proper birth control methods so they don't get pregnant in the first place?

@KATE!: From here and there (my dad was in the air force, but currently living in Wyoming.

@vulcanized: That sounds like a tough situation. I am in my last year of law school and one of my close friends is looking into taking the Foreign Service Exam and doing law stuff abroad with that. Definitely a non-traditional way to use your law degree. And there are tons of other options, including not doing law

How sad. I don't understand how they can say she can't get married when she's not been declared incompetent. Who's going to support the baby? Social services?

@bluebears: My best friend and I were the same. And then we scared the cats by cheering exuberantly when he finally said it.

I guess when I got my tattoos, 2 of them, I thought ahead about where to place them and how this would affect a career. 4 people in my law firm have tattoos, including myself, but they are all covered up with appropriate clothing. I understand the impulse factor in getting tattoos, but maybe people should think
