Is it me or have we kinda forgotten how good Toy Story 2 was?

I actually think Black Bruce Wayne is the more interesting concept than Black Batman. Bruce Wayne these days is portrayed as a feckless, irresponsible playboy that the media loves because he makes great headlines, and it’s fine because he’s white. But imagine a black billionaire behaving like that. Imagine the

So in this version, the Joker also has to be a black man, right? Some abuse he’s suffered has made him snap and go insane terrorist/bomber against the white establishment. Batman has to stop him while confronting whether his rage is the same as mad murderer Joker’s.

Superman was always an allegory for the immigrant in America, so it would make sense.

I’d be into it. (For real, though, adapt Nighthawk.) But I’m also of the camp that thinks casting a Latino actor as the next Superman (and making him explicitly the son of Mexican immigrant fieldworkers; they could still be Kents, and I know a dude named Clark, so) is the way to go. For one, it’s been done in an

Cool idea, WB. Charge less for stuff people have actually heard of and want to watch, but charge more for the stuff no one gives a shit about.

Avoiding the article to ensure I do not get exposed to any current season spoilers however, I did want to say that the Mail Robot does exist in real life. The almost exact model from the show drives behind my cubicle every day at work at approximately 3pm. It actually has 2 cars and has almost run me into the wall a

It would make for a good gag at the Emmys if Mail Robot brought out the envelopes for best dramatic series.

I always find it strange when something like this comes out and the main character is supposed to be born the same year as me. Seems surreal. And the summer of 93 was... I don’t remember, I was 6.

I’ve worked extensively with homeless heroine addicts in the past and there are good options to help. One of the interesting things about opium addiction is that it doesn’t tend to cause a lot of long lasting damage to the body. Sure, there’s the lifestyle element (dirty needles, homelessness, poor nutrition) which is

The daughter of one of my oldest friends (who lives in Florida) died of an opioid overdose a couple of weeks ago, after years of struggling with addiction and trying different kinds of treatment—I don’t know if horses were ever involved—so this was particularly galling to watch. I had an idea the industry was probably

Thanks Gwen , it’s a special show and it’s nice to know others are just as crazy for it , despite T.J.

I remember when AVC announced that it would be reviewing GG episodes and how happy I was. This show holds a very special place in my heart and I have gladly walked down this road with you. With every agreement and disagreement, I have very much appreciated your, and the other reviewer’s, thoughtfulness throughout.

I too found it annoying how Rory treated Paris as a nuisance rather than a friend. No offense Rory, it’s not like you have that many friends. The new ones you do have didn’t even want you around anymore until Paris had to step in.

Hello and thank you from the grays.

I will forever resent that the revival didn’t do anything with Rory having been an early journalist on the Obama campaign. C’mon, that was an insane bit of good luck, seeing as he was at the time an extreme long-shot.

Bummed these reviews are over, they were so great!!! Even when the show wasn’t.

I’m going to miss this series—it’s the perfect for the weekend. I didn’t get into the show until fairly recently, so it’s been fun to see it being discussed somewhere.

Given that this is the last talkback, I feel willing to throw Rory a bone here.

Thank you for these reviews! I’ve looked forward to them each Saturday! Can’t wait to see what you are watching next!
