AI is going to be a huge bubble. And the companies that are firing people left and right because they think a chatbot can do those people’s jobs are going to be fucked, and rightly so.
I miss when companies let people run their own servers from the word go.
They also want to classify ANYTHING that acknowledges the existence of LGBTQ+ people as porn, so they can ban that next.
I’m starting to think that the person who named themselves “$wag Messiah” might be a bit of a dumbass.
Or when Warner Bros was going to turn “The Tower” into a movie, which was about a skyscraper on fire, and Fox was going to turn “The Glass Inferno” into a movie, which was also about a skyscraper on fire, so they decided to combine their efforts and make “The Towering Inferno.”

What’s missing from all the AI talk is that the “decision makers” are easily the first ones that could be automated. A CEO’s job can absolutely be done by a machine, and it’ll probably be better for the business, since they won’t be giving kickbacks to their buddy or hiring their dumb children.

It won’t create compelling dialogue, ever. It will always be nothing more than a Rorschach test. You can see something in there, but only what you put in. It has no real meaning.
I don’t want to see this stuff now, and anything with kids or animals is definitely horrible... but let’s not pretend shock images weren’t a huge part of 2000s internet culture. We all saw a lot of this stuff.
