It wasn’t just text messages...prosecutors looked at it and found insufficient evidence to charge Hammer, and her lawyer (Gloria Allred, of all people) fired her when she wouldn’t sign a declaration of her accusations under perjury. Does that confirm that she’s lying? Of course not, but acting like the best evidence…
