There’s a reason so many chargers are in office parks.  They’re out there by business owners that need them for themselves.  I know someone that had one installed at his business after he bought a Tesla. He got a tax incentive for having it installed.

We bought a minivan to better transport the dogs. We added a second greyhound in the spring and none of our three vehicles could fit both comfortably.

In my area there are still a lot of homes that get their water from cisterns. I used to run the public works department for a small town, and we had a station set up specifically for water haulers that sold to these home. They also did some pool filling work in the summer.
