Yup. Hamstringing Audi’s etron too... not enough batteries.

Ah my mistake.... carry on!

Exactly this. If you do it carefully, you can absolutely design a platform to accommodate BEV and ICEV alike, and sharing platforms cuts production costs.

Huh, this is true. And don’t all of those get 200mi+ ranges?

It’s almost hilarious how much better the Stinger looks.

Why not?  They already spontaneously combust like a Kia.

Whoa man. The i3 is great inside & out.

The only reason I didn’t buy one was the crap range. Give me 200 mile range & the i3 would be mine.

One day grilles on KIA and BMW will be the same shape, at least they are working toward that direction

It has to be said: BMW “merging” the two kidney grilles into a single tiger-nose is a terrible idea. The shape is already “owned” by Kia (KIA?). In what world does it make sense to give up 75 years of equity in having two (2) grilles, just so today’s design studio can “own” the creation of something?

Pretty sure the second law only applies to enclosed systems, which a car sitting around in the open isn’t.

Uhh...no. Just no.

Could be a nice helper in a hot climate for when sitting stuck in traffic and could keep the AC running longer without the ICE kicking in.

You know, they really should be selling this under their Genesis brand. I saw the image and it took me a second to clock that it wasn’t an Aston. Throw on the wings:

All of these changes feel like a return to 2003 era F1.

Who needs pit stops in the top tier of racing anyway?

Is there a lot of overlap between RVers and ATVers?  RVers strike me as the meander around and take it easy type.  When you get to the camp site sit under the awning and have some pie, not storm around the mountain in a side by side.  But I could be totally wrong.

Not to mention a stack of gift cards is way cheaper than most TV or radio ads these days and most buyers look online to see those specials anyways about the gift cards

This. If they convince like 5% of people who had no intention of buying a Subaru that they actually kind of like Subaru and would consider one for their next car, it’s massively worth it for the company.

The outgoing car did have a front leaf spring.
