This is probably always a good strategy. I view it as a demerit against being a ‘good citizen’ in the eyes of the law or court in case other things around you happen. Get in a not at fault accident and your car doesn’t have a front plate?... What other shady illegal practices are you up to beyond that missing license…

The front license plate argument really only seems to work for red light cameras and speeding cameras. Other law enforcement ideas seem questionable.

I drive a DCT equipped car. It is worlds different than what is in the Fiesta.

They fix them with the same transmission. It’s a turd which will remain a stain on Fords name in memoriam.

Not here to argue since my original post was mostly in jest, but what did Ford do about their Fiesta transmissions again? :)
