CVT Transmission? Do we say MT Transmission and AT Transmission now?

People have been tricking android auto in to doing this for years.
That much as cash is a little weird. CDs or bonds for the bulk might make more sense.
I posted elsewhere with a number of examples of well hidden sensors, so I totally agree with you there.
This goes along well with my theory on finances too. For small things where I am using a low interest loan to pay them, it’s only because my insured savings is paying higher interest. In my mind I now 'own' that gadget and I don't have to worry about any risks outside of standard ownership.
Caveat there being you have enough credit to cover the unexpected expenses until you can liquidate an asset.
Free money is free money. We bought a trailer not too long ago and the 1.9% interest loan was lower than the a 2.1% interest bank account. I stuck the sum total in that account and configured an auto pay. 0.2% interest is better than no interest and I don't have to worry about stocks heading south, etc.
I'm going to disagree with you. After hours on a mind numbing highway journey, ACC really reduces the stress of micromanaging your car. There is a difference between no longer paying any attention to the road and not requiring hyper vigilant micromanagement.
There are plenty of cars which hide the sensor behind the front badge and, IMO, that looks OK.
The C1 OG was a spankin’ good looking car. It did set a precedent for having the Americanized British sports car. I still think the C2 laid more of the foundation for what is considered to be the stylings that make a Corvette, but I wouldn’t fault the argument that the C1 did some of that first. However, the C3 is a…
I feel like the C2 defined the bodystyle for the cars even through this latest generation. The sharp, pointy fenders, the ‘aerodynamic’ shape, exotic materials or construction - all of that started with the C2.
Erm, Hyundai comes equipped with all of that stuff for 3 years free-of-charge.
Oof. This one gets close to ‘crouching’ dog imitation ala Chrysler Crossfire:
Think this is a single speed or do you think it might have a ZF 2 speed in it?
Downhill? It's range will go up!!!
It's going to have a static friction bump initially and then add kinetic frictions as each car starts to move. Trains accelerate individual cars at a time otherwise the engine wouldn't have the traction to overcome all of the static friction at once.
I think that the same effect will be able to be championed by electric trucks when they do emerge. They’ll still get roasted on range, but they’ll be able to haul a blue whale up through the Eisenhower tunnel in Colorado.
My point was that BEVs can be built on ICE platforms if the platform considers both during its development. It is irrelevant to BMW’s current status.
The Niro and Kona are both in the 240 mile range. The new Ioniq will be in something like the 180-190 mile range.
I’m with you Justin - seems like a ‘D’ shaped wheel would have the same steering angle communicating effect as a hexagonal wheel. BMW is blowing smoke.
