NP - This a prime example of a downright practical beater. Talk the seller down to $2k (or less) and ride that sucker into the ground!

Two strategies I have employed with moderate success:

Awesome shots! Even when we got 10mpg, it was great going out on the roads! As far as that gold Firebird goes, 2020 car colors are getting WORSE! The bland, military grays and greens now coming out look like bad MAACO jobs, WTF!!!

As a former E36 owner, I was disappointed that BMW chose a design for the next genreation that looks so much like the Civic of that era. Every time I see one, my gut reaction is “homely Civic with kidney grilles stuck on.” I’m sorry to disappoint you, but this car is not my cuppa.

ND Beat up and just plain weird. This model was the least appealing to the eyes, imho. A Bimmer with a roof box (WTF???) is kinda like a Chevy Spark with a spoiler. Some things are just not meant to go together.

ND - This is an awesome replacement for an Kustom Kamo Hummer with underglow lights and throbbing / booming sound system. It also could serve when the super-lower Suubie with wing and gray plasticote stubs its nose on a crossing bump. Let’s face it - this car just screams “Arrogant Asshole (w large wallet)“
