Yes you are confused. The post I was replying to advocated eroding my right to defend myself. When that happens, the right to speak my mind will most likely be curtailed as well. Many history books have been written about such things. It is known.

I’d hate to name call, but you’re utterly clueless. Read the preamble to the Constitution and you’ll realize one of the reasons it was written IS TO ESTABLISH JUSTICE! If I wrongly harm another citizen, there will be consequences!

The right to freely express yourself and the right to defend yourself are natural rights provided to us at birth. That was true 10,000 years ago when we were writing on cave walls with mud and it will be true 10,000 years from now. Don’t get me wrong. I still watch sometimes, but with the PRIDE PPVs, I treated it like an event. I would get friends together and have a party and watch the fights. I haven’t done that since.

My interest in MMA declined sharply after PRIDE went away.

Their Cinco de Mayo shows were always an awesome time. Also, the same dudes did an 80's cover band called A Flock of GooGoo and they also ruled. I have never seen more good looking women at a show in my entire life.
