/shrug, to each their own I guess; I’ve played pretty much every rpg ever made, I’d say >90% of them have mediocre or worse main plots (which does not mean that there are no good narrative elements, just that the main story tends to be premise vs actual engaging content).

environmental storytelling, emergent gameplay and the power fantasy built around the core loot/level up systems are the foundation; story is just the premise, completely unnecessary if the actual gameplay systems are fun (I mean, who plays skyrim/tes games to play the main story quests? same deal here)

yeah, I would consider the plot being bad to be ‘minor shit’; generally speaking, games have shitty plots, period, bethesda games are no different here.

aside from the mulitplayer aspects, Fo76 plays almost exactly the same as Fo4...which was basically the exact same thing as Fo3
