In what world does that sound like victim blaming? Reading comprehension, yo.

Don't forget the exotic buffs coming soon:

As an Auto Rifle fan I am sad. Scout rifles really do need a buff, though. I might try some out after the patch.

Farming was never fun, just something people did to increase their rate of getting engrams. I always thought a better use of my time was to work towards getting my max number of marks each week for guaranteed Legendary gear.

Damn, not too long ago 2GB VRAM was considered overkill which is why I got a GTX 670. Tech marches on...

Is this a ドM arcade or something?

Looks pretty much the same, not that this is necessarily a bad thing. I'm mainly looking forward to the co-op. I've stopped getting excited about video game guns, except when a game includes a gun that I really like in real life but rarely see in fiction. (e.g. CZ)

I'm assuming he's some international arms dealer who just happened to set up shop in that region.

Agreed 100%. My GTX 670 is also 2GB, runs everything fine but these textures are HUGE!

I would argue that Elf-shot ammo is the most useful attribute to spend Mirian on, rather than HP. Shaping the battlefield by avoiding/neutralizing dangerous enemies will help you survive more than trying to weather a tough battle, and Shadow Strike (both lethal and non-lethal), which consumes 2 elf-shot, is perhaps

One clarification on intel - intel sources will reveal the strengths/weaknesses of any captain, and identify them as well if you haven't seen them before. Visually identifying a captain or interrogating a non-Worm (green) orc will only get you their name and general profile.

I had a really rough time against a captain that killed me twice (and very nearly did another two times) and survived his first assassination because I didn't use an execution on him. He was also immune to ALL attacks (combat, stealth, ranged) and threw poisoned javelins. I had to lure him into exploding hazards, but

That last gif is actually a known, flashy karate move that is impractical outside of competition, and even then it obviously doesn't see much use. (Sport karate doesn't allow hand strikes to the head)

It really does feel like that. They copied a lot of mechanics but got them right, which can't be said for some other notable attempts. (e.g. Amazing Spider-Man)

Having a great time with Shadow of Mordor so far. I agree with most points of this review - there are some bits (mainly the plot) that turn to be bleh, but I tend not to notice them most of the time because the game itself is just so darned solid!

Are the story missions (the meat of the DLC) still in development and schedule to come out later, or are would people be paying to unlock content that's already in the game?

Kickstarter Staff Pick makes me feel a little more confident then usual. Backing this.

I'd play that. Someone write Nitroplus!

I liked the novels. Helped translate some of the later chapters, too. I hope they got an official translation someday.

You're a smarter shopper than I was.
