Kotaku's editorial policy changed to "publish something, ANYTHING every 20 minutes" years ago (Gawker acquisition?). Not saying I like it but this is hardly out of the ordinary.

The show only just ended when this was recorded, probably off-screen. At least give it a couple hours for higher resolution videos to encode and upload to the internet.

Try installing the Pizza Hut online order app now, Andy!

Cool! I'm wondering whether the new story mode's gonna be any good. Guess I will have to see for myself! $80... D:

As with Triangle Frontier, knowledge of Japanese only matters if you're playing for the original story. At least it's a proper one this time. The dating sim stuff in Triangle Frontier was incredibly vapid.

Iijima Mari lives in Los Angeles, so it's not hard to catch her concerts every once in a while. She'll even autograph albums/singles if you buy them directly from her when they are mailed out. Those are cool because she sings a lot of her original productions. There's a bit of the Star Wars effect in that she's had a

It is derivative, so I guess they're trying to mix it up by throwing random moe in our faces. Your mileage maay vary, but honestly I don't like it much either.

That finally came out? Awesome! I only have the little mini-campaign games from the Blu-ray hybrid packs. Yeah, I bought those -__-

One more thing. Dental assistant of about 6 years here.

Well okay then. I could say the same to your initial comparison.

I thought it was that his new powered up state was far beyond any previous Super Saiyan form, and he couldn't risk going Super Saiyan post-training because it would threaten the planet.

Mobile Suit Gundam is iconic of the Japanese mecha genre, and it has been around much longer than ZoE. It's more likely that it was an inspiration for ZoE's plot. So many anime stories are cookie-cutter these days.

Valvrave is really obviously inspired by Gundam. The basic setup is almost exactly the same — humanity is at civil war in space, protagonist lives in a neutral country, commandos from one side sneak in to steal a robot secretly developed by neutral country, shit hits the fan, protagonist somehow ends up in the robot

I love Gargantia's premise (also Urobuchi Gen, fuck yeah) and Valvrave is cool (lol Gundamjack), but ugh the fanservice. I get it, the target audience is preteen and teenage boys (as well as creeper otaku) but damn it Japan, it is possible to make awesome series without panty flashes and belly dancing! If anything,

The pacing is better. The manga has a real problem with jumping around different time periods without the reader realizing it right away. At least the anime is proceeding in somewhat chronological order, though the latest episode had the flashback where Eren meets Mikasa.

Chances are it's either all airsoft/toy stuff, or just posed specifically for this shot. Because if those are real, that's thousands, potentially tens of thousands, of dollars worth of guns sitting in a warm, moist, unclean environment.

Brian, do you personally browse 2ch for this content or does someone do this for you? Just wondering.

I'm not an expert on curio & relic firearms, but it really depends on what you want. Flintlock muskets and rifles are still being reproduced (new) or traded (antique) today and I've seen them from anywhere from $600 to thousands of dollars (collector value). Functioning matchlocks are less common but not impossible to

This is absolutely amazing. I'm a diehard Macross fan (though given the state of localization in the 80s/90s, I understand Robotech is the only thing most westerners know of) so it's a shame this will only cover early period units, but there's nothing else like it out there.

You. You are a good person.
