Yeah, there’s no way I’m letting Amazon have yet more ways to spy on me. Nor Google. They can both go trawling through someone else’s detritus.

My teenage daughter’s name is Alexa. First day of school, well past the point where “Alexa, do my homework” jokes were funny, a kid did the “Alexa, play song xyz”. I did not punish her for telling the kid to f*ck off, loudly, in math class.

I think it’d be nice for things like making calls and getting directions etc but most smartphones already do this so I don’t see the point. 

How about what I want?  I could not care less what Amazon wants

All of the current honda wheels look like that too. I’m sure there’s some aero benefit, but they look terrible. 

The more you mod it, the less it’s worth. Why do Subaru owners not understand this?

I’m in total agreement.  The last thing I want to do is pay for someone’s tired and questionable mods.  Just because you spent a couple grand on mods doesn’t mean it increased the value of the car.  

There’s a lack of philosophical thinking in tech. Points like yours are glossed over (at least publicly).

THIS is the smarter stepping stone toward autonomous cars. Well done Toyota.
