LA to Las Vegas makes a lot of sense. It’s about a 4 hour drive between them, there’s a lot of people who travel back and forth between the two of them, and there are no major cities in between them. I-15 between LA and Vegas is pretty flat too and doesn’t have very many geographic barriers. You’d have to get around

Yeah, it ain’t happening. Especially between KC and St. Louis. Neither of them are exactly economic powerhouses. If 4 hours on I-70 is too much then just hop on a 50 minute Southwest flight.

I mean technically Kansas City is in Kansas. He just happened to be referring to the wrong Kansas City.

As someone who’s lived in Kansas City for my entire life why the fuck would I want to go to St. Louis in 30 minutes? It’s just awful over there.

Yes, let’s cast aspersions on the police officer who nearly died trying to save an infant’s life.

I never said I wasn’t.

What a moron. You never cross a train track until the arms are up and the bells and lights are off. That’s one of the most rudimentary rules taught in driver’s education for a reason. I can’t even count how many times I’ve been shown videos of railroad crossings in school and driver’s ed where this exact scenario is

Man, Elon is getting fat.

I’m 6'5" and I get more attention from girls who are 5 foot nothing on a good day than girls who are 5'11". It’s like tall guys are a fetish for short girls or something. I hate it, because girls who are that short are too short for me. Everything is awkward with a height difference that severe.

Huh? If this is supposed to be a joke then I don’t get it.

Lol. That’s a Hyundai Elantra.

Modern technology is a huge contributor to this. Blind spot monitoring and backup cameras have conditioned many people to not use their mirrors properly anymore....or at all in some cases. These days people also cross the street without even looking because their too busy burying their face into their phone. We

European style cabover lorries are dangerous as hell. Conventional style North American trucks at least offer the driver some protection in a frontal crash.

You can’t prevent your kid from being exposed to every bad thing out there. We can’t make everything “family friendly” in life. You’re just going to have to explain things to your kid as they come up. Sheltering them is often even worse than just being honest with them about the realities of life. A kid that doesn’t

I agree. It’s quite annoying when the writers here do that. But Kinja is also a really annoying and lousy platform.

MY 1997 i30T had those exact wheels. They looked cool but they fucking sucked to clean. I had to use a toothbrush to clean in between the spokes.

They said the 2.5T from the 6 and CX-9 fits in the 3. I’m not sure how much convincing it would take to get them to put it in the 3 though. Probably a lot.

There’s a dealership at the intersection of Never Ave. and Gonna Happen Blvd. that has some of those on their lot.

I don’t. The Trailblazer and all of its platform mates were shit and the long wheelbase versions are among the most awkward looking vehicles built in the past 20 years.

One thing’s for sure, the Prius is far more unfortunate looking.
