You only need a 70% or better to pass your driving test in Kansas. That’s enough cushion to have several opportunities to screw up pretty badly and still pass.

I would certainly have taken out the J Bodies in favor of the Aveo.

I’d nominate the Ford Tempo but being as its last model year was 1994, I think it’s a bit too old to meet the criteria. Darn.

Yes, thank you. I glossed over that part entirely and that’s truthfully probably even more of the reason why the average new car transaction price is going up.

Or they say it’ll cost extra if you don’t finance through them.

I agree. I think that the threshold for the high end of the market is just going up. It’s not necessarily that cars are getting more expensive on average. Well, I mean they are, but I think that’s largely because of new high trim levels that have been created that weren’t previously available in the past. There are

My moms 2013 Outback has overly aggressive tip in as well. It’s really annoying until you get used to it. I think they did it to make it feel less slow than it really is.

This is an all new generation of Forester? I seriously thought you were full of shit and I was about to argue with you and tell you were wrong. The only thing that told me otherwise is the new tail lights.

Okey dokey. You have fun in the greys now.

I’m kind of conflicted. The car itself looks to be in pretty decent shape and the swap looks well done, but I think that putting a SBC in it was pretty dumb and I feel that the value of the car will suffer because of it. $9,500 seems a bit too high.

If he has a full coverage insurance policy on the vehicle then yes, they have to cover it. If he just has liability coverage then he’s boned. But a 2013 Wrangler is worth a significant chunk of change so I’m pretty sure he has full coverage on it.

I’m kind of pissed that you can get this in Green Gem but you can’t get the F-150 in Green Gem anymore. That was by far the prettiest color on the F-150.

He is? Did he get a divorce?

Yeah they kind of glossed over the first part where they said it was abandoned. Why is it abandoned if they put all of that time and probably money into it?

It’s unbelievable how many couples refuse to wear condoms because “it doesn’t feel as good.” Okay sure, but is that extra sensation really worth the increased risk of an unplanned pregnancy? I think not.

I think it’s a Nissan Sentra or Altima. Those Jatco CVTs in those Nissans are known for premature failure.

You answered your own question.

It’s poorly worded. Lots of other people thought that the loan was on the Echo as well.

No it’s not. First of all, Echos don’t have CVTs, second of all, if you read it again you’ll hopefully realize that the $10,000 owed is on his wife’s vehicle, not the Echo he is driving.

Bad CVT in situation #2 huh? Why do I have a feeling that it’s probably a Nissan?
