My coworker just wrecked his 2013 Altima and he is praying that his insurance totals it.

Absolutely. If you own the boat you don’t get to have nearly as much fun.
I enjoy getting invited to go out on other people’s boats once in a blue moon but I’m not interested in owning one myself. I also don’t have an appropriate vehicle to pull a boat anyways so from a financial standpoint it just doesn’t make any sense.
Neutral: What Boat Will You Get?
I’m not going to make an offer on it so don’t worry about it.
Oh man. I bet people messed with her all the time because of that.
1. I don’t want it
2. Why does it have to come in ugly packaging that clutters up your car?
3. What if your name is actually Alexa?
He will also risk becoming “that manual wagon guy”.
I assumed it was a Jetta sedan because the overwhelming majority of Jettas are sedans. Unfortunately they didn’t specify.
Yes and no. It’s pretty much the same car from the C pillar forward. The wagon adds more cargo space which is what he said he wants.
Tom pretty much already said it, if you want a newer manual wagon for around $30k or less then you’re pretty much limited to the Golf Sportwagen/Alltrack. If he likes his Jetta then that’s the obvious choice.
Yup, Toyota’s philosophy on autonomous driving reminds me a lot of how Airbus manages its cockpit philosophy. You can be in control and fly manually as much as you want to but if you do stupid shit and push beyond the safety envelope the computers will take over and override your inputs.
Definitely true in some cases.
NADA was only $500 more.
Do it.
I seriously don’t get it. I walked away from two different 9-2X Aeros because they were too overpriced. They’re cool cars but they aren’t $3-5k over their appraised value cool.
The more you mod it, the less it’s worth. Why do Subaru owners not understand this?
Audi is arguably even worse than BMW when it comes to depreciation.
I have a 2015 Mazda 6 and it has a manual handbrake. 2015 was the last year they did that before they switched to electronic. I do have to admit that the electronic parking brake on the 2016 and newer 6's do make the center console look a lot higher dollar and less cluttered.
