Sadly that only seems to happen at used car dealerships that don’t have much attachment to their inventory. I get that new car dealerships that have high dollar inventory want to babysit the cretins that come in for test drives but who the hell cares if someone wants to take a $7500 Honda Civic for a spin alone?

No you’re not. I don’t like them. I’m too tall to fit in them, I don’t like the styling, I’m not a fan of convertibles, and they’re horribly impractical. There’s a lot to not like about Miatas. That’s why it’s not worth the asking price to me.

It doesn’t float my boat. That’s mostly why I have an issue with the price. It may very well be worth the asking price to someone who loves these cars, but I don’t and I voted accordingly.

I get that it’s worth $7k to some people and I can’t fault you for that but it simply is not to me.

I voted CP. NA Miatas are disposable cars IMO and I’m not willing to pay $7k for one that’s been sitting around undriven with old, underused parts that will quickly become unhappy when they are brought out of retirement.

It’s not worth $7k to me. Yeah it has low mileage and it’s in good shape but with only 23k miles it is likely that it’s going to be a future problem child. Start driving it hard and it’s only a matter of time before all of those old parts will start to express their displeasure with you. These old, low mileage cars

I used to love the way these things looked but I have to admit today that they just look blobby and old. They haven’t aged well at all.

Nice. I’ve been considering looking into a TLX. They’re pretty aggressively priced used and seem like really nice cars.

You forgot to mention that the head unit should be programmed to only be able to play house music.

I thought about buying a 2007 G35 with the 6 speed manual and about 70k on it a few years back. It seemed like a nice car from a quick glance but I quickly realized that it had all of the problems with the interior you described and the rear differential thumped anytime you gave it gas in 5th or 6th gear. I found a

Yup. He wanted the car for himself and found a roundabout way to get it.

I hate getting older. It makes me be so much more rational and less adventurous. I’m only 27, too.

It is ugly. The front end looks like a Lego set.

Life has a fucked up way of working things out. If you save aggressively for retirement, chances are you’ll have health issues or kick the bucket before you get there. On the other hand, if you spend lots of money doing stuff while you’re young and put retirement on the back burner then you’ll probably live to be 95

Holy shit.

What in the actual fuck is that thing?

It always reminds me of the Chrysler logo.

You lost me at lower profile wheels/tires. Every crossover and SUV on sale today can be bought with giant rims and with rubber band thin sidewalls. It’s not a phenomenon crossovers and SUVs are immune to.

I have a 2015 6 with the 6 speed manual and I typically get exactly what the car is rated for according to Mazda. Sometimes I exceed it by a bit if I baby it. Sadly though the manual is rated a couple mpg lower than the auto.

Try being 6'5" and having valuable headroom eaten up by them. Sunroofs suck if you’re tall.
