You’re probably right about that. I’m wrong about 73% of the time.

My friend was complaining about his insurance rates on his 2015 Civic. The reason he pays more is because there are so many Civics out there which means they are statistically more likely to be involved in accidents. Honestly, Civics have got to be one of the top models of cars in the US involved in accidents.

Yeah that does seem to be around when this whole IBU pissing contest started. I’m personally a big fan of 12 pack samplers but these days it’s hard to find a sampler pack that’s not 1/2 or 3/4 IPAs. Ridiculous.

The 8th gen Civic is a decent car but I was never a huge fan of the pudgy proportions and the unnecessarily deep and overdesigned dashboard.

It probably wouldn’t cost much more to just buy two Tempos and have one as a backup or parts car for when the other one breaks down. Lol.

Sounds about right.

It’s the amazing four spoke wheels for sure.

A diesel Tempo would be a great beater for putzing around town in. Too bad there’s barely any of them still left.

My babysitter when I was kid had one and it caught on fire one day. The car would have only been a few a years old at that point because this was in the mid 90's and I know it was a second gen.

There was certainly worse stuff you could have bought at the time. At least the 3.0 Vulcan was a reliable engine.

Maybe you could use the built in ruler on the inside of the center console lid to measure how many will fit.

I don’t think people in a liberal college town would care much about a Mustang as long as it’s not loud. Big pickup trucks on the other hand would be the ideal type of vehicle to piss off the stereotype you are describing.

That would be hilarious and since it’s a Tempo, zero fucks would be given so there are no downsides to this idea. At best it’s a hilarious car that induces a lot of laughs and at worst, you can send it to the scrapper or junk it and get some (or all) of your money back.

IPAs are overrated as hell and I really wish they would stop being popular. Nobody actually likes IPAs, they just like the idea of IPAs. I see people choke down one IPA and then switch to drinking something else all the time.

I’ve always secretly wanted a Ford Tempo because they’re such huge pieces of shit and I think having one would be fucking hilarious. A diesel version would be even better.

A coolant temperature gauge would have been a much wiser choice.

For the past year or two in the desirable areas of Kansas City, buyers have been fighting over homes before they’re even on the market and/or buying them sight unseen above asking price. Shit’s ridiculous!

They were really easy to change on my 1997 Nissan Maxima with the VQ V6 I used to have. The intake manifold had cutouts directly over the ignition coils on the back cylinder bank that were just big enough to get your tools into to pull the plugs out of each back cylinder and the front cylinder bank was not blocked by

My Ranger got stuck on level surfaces in the snow in 2wd. Thank goodness it was 4wd. Also, it was a 5 speed manual so feathering the clutch to get it going in rain without it doing the dreaded one wheel peel was a real trick.
