Honestly, last year I just stopped reading comments. I had started becoming more focused on that than what was actually going on, so it was myself bringing me down, not other people. I wasn't necessarily "excited" for everything (obviously MS had some issues there), but I wanted to observe in peace, I guess? I dunno,

Always glad to help :)

As long as they don't shoehorn protagonist-driven morality into this one, I'm all good :)

I 100%-ed Colony 6 about a year ago. I'm... not the same person. Beware.

See, that kind of stuff upsets me. Like, okay, I more than understand that you don't like the stuff I like. Honestly, I pretty much understand why no one likes the stuff I like, but to actively go out of your way to ruin someone's excitement for something is... well, really immature and says something very negative

And that's all right as long as you state why in a meaningful way that can lead to thoughtful and civil discourse. Typing "meh" or "this sux" or similar phrases really doesn't communicate that correctly, and that's more the negativity I'm talking about :)

"We're reopening the Year of Luigi, but now calling it... The Year of the Luigi Stare!"

I'm a total cheapstake apparently because someone bought me both my Wii U and MK8, but man, I am loving those online races more than I would have ever expected! All the Mario Karts for everyone

Hey boy you heard me no more next time!

It seems very extreme. Either everyone wants to hateful towards something or they overhype it so much that by the time it comes out, THEN they want to hate it because it didn't live up to their specific expectations. The perfect place to be is genuinely excited for something based off you see, be happy that other

;)

Being excited and overhyping something, I've found, are two very different stages of a baseline emotion. I don't know enough to start making predictions that might not come true, but I do know what I've seen and I can be excited about that :)

Silly Miyamoto-san, your dinosaurs aren't from space! They're made of yarn!

I know, isn't it wonderful to be happy for a change? I keep telling everyone that it's way more fun to be excited than hate everything, but nooooooo we're on the Internet. Happiness apparently isn't allowed here.

You and I. We get each other.

Sadly, Majora's Mask is the only 3D Zelda I haven't played. I should get on that.
