Nah the golf is arguably the best car in its segment. Styling has always been simple. Interior quality is great, and it has sporty driving dynamics.

Yearly pretenders those Raps are. It’s time to move on from Lowry, he folds every year in the playoffs.

it’s my dream for us to do a sign and trade/ tobias harris for kawhi, or just sign him outright and let Tobias walk. Though i do like Tobias, the Klaw is on another level.

its a shame because the Camaro is a better car than the mustang. They just needed to freshen up the styling, and improve the visibility.

WHy would you need to put the key back in your pocket before getting in the car??? How is removing the key from the ignition, and getting out with the key in you hand harder than keeping track of some fob that you not actively interacting with?

She got out of the car with the key in her pocket. I had no idea she took it with her. Not my fault, she should never have picked it up. Point is, it wouldn’t happen with a real key.

Dcc isnt really worth it though.

The Most fun I had driving in the past couple of years was with a rental impreza sport.

Nah...proximity keys are the answer to a problem that doesnt exists. Keyless entry was more that sufficient.

Chris harris likes how the GTR drives, and he has driven everything with wheels. Says all the talk about it being too computrised and merely a playstation game are nonsense. Thats good enough for me, seeing as i havent driven one. Looks are subjective, in my opinion it looks great and has aged well. They have worked

I love the Nsx, and the GTR. Fight me

which conti’s did you go for? im thinking of looking for a new summer set. can you still induce a little oversteer with all that grip?

Odb11 or vagcom can take care of that.

Obd 11 is $70 and can be used to turn off the soundaktor( can also unplug it), and change a myriad of the cars other settings, including fully defeating traction control.

Was your GTi tuned? If so you can’t really blame VW for the DSG acting wonky.

Maintenance is more expensive because of the fluid changes but the DSG has been around for 3 generations now. It's a very well built and reliable transmission.

Had a mk 6 GTI with Dsg.... throughly tested a mk 7 with a manual and just wasn’t overjoyed with it. Ended up with a mk 7 with a DSG.

Agreed.....I dont understand how people try to treat the GTI like it errs on the side of practicality too much.

The question isn’t which is the best drivers car though...it’s which one is a better decision to own. The GTI wins this argument with ease. 8/10 of the fun with none of the compromises of the Miata.
