“What would you do if you weren’t afraid?” Pretty straightforward, I think. Also “Imperfection is more than nothing.” I get caught up in spirals of negative thought instead of getting things done more often than I’d like, and these help.

Long distance urban walker here (did 11 miles yesterday)! Definitely could use the excuse to do more/make a better habit of it. I’ve also finally joined a gym to work on strength, flexibility beyond my weekly yoga class, and generalized “be more active” habits.
Hydroxyzine is goddamn magic but it knocks me out. Apparently it used to be marketed as anti anxiety too.

Well I’ve already decided to not drink alcohol for Lent, which should double as significant savings on eating out. This should be good!
Lucio/Mercy with occasional dips into D.Va and Junkrat here! (I’m weird. Also I have a pet theory that Lucio is a Macross idol; I think the only way Blizzard could get me to pay for anything is if “Listen to my song!” was a voice line from him somehow.)
Had this happen with a co-op last year. Loan approved, board denied last minute without giving a reason then tried to hold onto all the deposits (nearly $3000 in deposits for a one bedroom in outer borough NYC). NYC apartment market is filled with BS, but still, unexpected even by our standards.
No battery backup is a deal breaker for me, even though I’d love a dawn simulator to augment my actual SAD light therapy light. Blah.

Interestingly, walking like I’m late for an appointment (because uh, i was) with tiny quick strides gave me around 130. I’ll have to retest with my normal stride later.
I’m less interested in running, but I’d like to start consistently walking longer distances. I’m hoping to do a Great Saunter (circle Manhattan, 32 miles) this May. 5Ks are easy for me, and I can fit one after work most days but I usually don’t out of laziness. I’d like to walk a 10k around Thanksgiving, and a half…
My academic advisor in college kept her name, her husband kept his, and their kid has a hyphenated last name. It’s imperfect, but it worked for them.
That’s some freaking Grade A zettai ryouiki from Tinashe right there.
KLINGENBERG, MY BABY. <3 <3 I totally need to buy her jersey, she’s the best.
Eddie Izzard is the best.
Actually it looks like she’s got a plaid long-sleeve shirt tied around her waist, and black shorts underneath.
I’ve spent an embarrassing amount of money on it, but the Spare Parts Sasha is my hardware of choice, combined with a Realdoe.
It is a little a dominance thing, but it is also: a visual thing, a “messing with expectations” thing, and with the right toy/harness combo (I like the Tantus Realdoe + Spare Parts Sasha, fit very tight) it can be a physical thing - the Realdoe has a bulb to insert inside myself and ridges that are pressed tight…
Mallory Ortberg is now my hero.
Josephine’s not that uncommon a name, and if he hadn’t seen her before puberty it might just have not clicked that they could be the same person. And/or she didn’t go by her real name on Facebook and thus Tinder, using a nickname instead.
