I love intervals! There’s just something so challenging and fun about trying to find the point where you’re working as hard as you can, yet can still finish the last interval strong. I am trying to BQ and for the first time pay attention to my cadence. Found out it was around 150 and now I am around 160. Can tell the difference. Sounds gross, but the overpronation was causing me to urinate very dark after my runs. This seems to be fixing it.
