I love intervals! There’s just something so challenging and fun about trying to find the point where you’re working as hard as you can, yet can still finish the last interval strong. Some days you push a bit too hard early on, then struggle through the final intervals. Other days, you finish strong and wonder how…

I am trying to BQ and for the first time pay attention to my cadence. Found out it was around 150 and now I am around 160. Can tell the difference. Sounds gross, but the overpronation was causing me to urinate very dark after my runs. This seems to be fixing it.

Plus many rice cookers can also be used to steam vegetables too (which we use our $12 Walmart rice cooker for more than cooking rice).

If you don’t have a rice cooker, buy one! Even the cheap ones work really well! I bought one 5 years ago from Wal-Mart for 12 bucks, and have used it 3-4 times a week since then. It still works great! It’s one of the best investments for your kitchen.
