Knowing old GM’s part sharing it’s probably the EXACT same unit from something that had a V8 factory, but since it was in a blazer it got the 4.3.

Or the stock trans from the blazer. The 4.3 in these Blazers had a 4l60 (IIRC) from the factory. So just swap motors and harnesses and be done.

The motor they showed confuses me. Why run carbs in a sandy enviroment? Fuel injection would be easier to prevent issues from sand getting in places it shouldn’t be.
