It probably shouldn’t exist at all. The original show was a fantasy about fucking hot dudes and wearing fab clothes and it sold SO MANY cupcakes. Ten years on it really can’t be a fantasy because it would be so problematic it would be difficult to enjoy, and aging without any apparent grace at all is no one’s fantasy.

I was lucky enough to be invited to someone’s family for this one year on Christmas Eve. It remains a highlight of my life.
