Same, and thank you.  Oddly enough, talking about it helps.  :)

How are you liking God Mode? Because I am really interested in the ideas behind Hades, but I have neither the need or desire to be challenged so much.  I get the point, but honestly, I’d find it more frustrating than fun.

Thanks.  :)

On Topic: Pretty sure that this was one of the first soundtracks EB Games (I think that was the branding at the time?) ever carried, and I bought it before it even hit the shelf. This was the version. I remember being incredibly happy, too, because it was only $9.99, which was a far cry for what I was paying for

I’m not sure I should’ve read this one at work! LOL ^^;

Back in the day, this was one of the games I used to explain why JRPG soundtracks.  (Coincidentally, I just started the Touch version on ios last week, but it is not grabbing me.  Think that’s more to do with the limitations of the port than the game itself.)

Thought some folks could do with seeing this. :) Meanwhile, will link her Facebook here, as I’m not willing to attempt Tumblr while at work.

I’m overreacting and I know it?  But it felt safer to do it here, rather than sending out an email blast saying,  YOU ALL SUCK.  No Love, Me.  LOL

The nice thing about Skyrim is that you can always come back to it--many do.  Sometimes because they (we?) have a new story to craft; sometimes because there’s just that much to it.  As long as you’re having fun, that’s the important thing.  :)

I still check in at least daily—not much of a surprise, as I did that with New Leaf, too. Just run through a couple of daily things, do more if I feel like it. Every now and then I get struck with inspiration and spend a few days working on That One Thing. It’s still a fun place to meet up with friends that I wouldn’t

The game is super engrossing, but also I just want it to end so I can check it off and move on.

Off-topic only,‘cause I’m feeling ranty. Big thanks to my idiot co-workers who managed to get one of our better group meetings with the supervisors cancelled because no one will participate. We finally get someone who is actually engaged and cares about us, and they go and F it up for us. Next person who

I was going to drop Pocket Camp, but on one of the subreddits I saw someone make a comment about how for some folks, PC is all they have--they can’t find/afford a Switch--and how much harder the game is without friends.  So while I’m not as into it as I once was, I do make a point of logging in at least once a day and

I still log into Puzzles and Dragons from habit; I’ve played it almost from the beginning. But you’re right that it has changed a lot. Mostly due to power creep, but you’re right that there is a heavy P2W element that wasn’t really there in the same way in the beginning. The funny thing is that if you’ve been playing

Desktop. And as a result, this is where I spend the majority of my time, so I at least invested in a decent chair and semi-ergo setup. My main problem is that even when gaming for a long stretch, I don’t/can’t just game. I want my computer in reach so I can research something at a moment’s notice, add a line to that

I’m sorry.  I know I can’t do anything to help, but if you need to page-dump, I’m here to read/listen.

You really are handy, aren’t you?  That’s pretty cool.  :)

On topic: Some good memories here. Even though I tend to be the one into film and game scores, every now and then my brother will get particularly caught up in one. These and some of the Final Fantasy games saw a lot of replay on pause or intro or whatever, just to keep the music going. :)

It’s not your fault, though.  :(  None of you!  I can’t imagine how frustrating it is not to only have to deal with it, but then also try to field people’s agitation about it.

Who’s getting those damn things?
