Look, the headline is purely snark and grocery shopping frustration, but you raise a good point. According to the CDC, food-borne illness has increased. But I also think awareness and connectivity (social media, etc.) are a factor in connecting the dots to identify an outbreak.

Our parent company is a mess and the comments barely even work these days, so I’ve been checking them less (which is a bummer, because I love engaging with Kotaku readers) - you’re ungreyed now if it helps!

I like to think that one of the cool things about Kotaku is that you can come here for more information than you’ll get from a publisher’s press release. This is a good example of that. It’s not necessarily controversial or explosive info — it’s just context that you won’t find anywhere else.

A statue of One Piece’s Sanji has been erected in Mashiki, Kumamoto Prefecture in Japan. Eiichiro Oda hails from Kumamoto and the statue is a sign of support for the prefecture, which was hit by a series of strong earthquakes in 2016.

They did make changes to BO4. You can save and use the reserve cases as currency to unlock items you don’t always have. Feels too late for many, but still a better way to get the guns and skins people missed out on before. Doubt they’ll give a revamped pass.

I know it can feel slow, but it will be easier for more casual players to get the DLC weapons. The BO4 passes that actually had weapons were like tier 50 or 100. 15 and 31 are much more achievable.
