You know what? I thought this movie was terrific. Not Marvel’s best, but really good, and superior to the first movie across the board. I totally understand most people’s complaints, though...except for the folks who are bitching about this movie setting up other movies. Just a few years ago, the ONLY part of Iron Man…

With all the talk about sexism and the supposed destruction of Black Widow’s character, I think it would have been really beneficial to include a female perspective in this conversation, rather than just 5 dudes.

Overall, I enjoyed myself and laughed a lot, which was great. But you definitely get that “ugh” feeling on certain things, like it’s a movie-by-committee. i.e.:
