I was a rabid Palahniuk fan 20 years ago...and even I forgot that he was pretty much the origin of the word “snowflake” as a derogatory name. Man, the last 5 years have been weird. 

I used to help run his website, and I was a big fan. I fell of following his work after Diary, which felt so derivative and like an un-polished draft.

Having said that, I’d recommend reading 3 of his books (any 3, though I read his first 5). They will be enjoyable. After that, his authorial/protagonist voice feels so…

Funny. I think casting Timothée Chalamet in everything is a sign of the end-times, as well.

Tell me I get to watch him get hit by a comet and I might give this a chance.

Him surrendering to authorities is irrelevant to this story.

“Failing upwards” is exactly it.

He is aggressively mediocre. Seemingly more interested in showing his audience how much fun he’s having, rather than working to make them have fun.

He’s a less talented Jimmy Fallon. And I do not like Jimmy Fallon*

* except for that time he gave my theater $20,000.

Naw, you’re not old. Just old enough to have lived through the last utterly miserable year and a half. We needed this. 

Good job writing a completely snarky take on what is an incredible (albeit expensive, yes) theatrical-experiential undertaking. You even dashed off the comparison “Sleep No More in space” with derision.

You know what, I lied. I opted for the digital download. So I didn’t actually get a disc. But I am pretty sure they produced them at some point. 

Huh. You might want to email them. I’m pretty sure I got a DVD (or Blu-ray) at some point.

Couldn’t be prouder to have donated to this Kickstarter. Dude is an absolute legend and the film title should be applied to the man himself.

As an Austin resident for the last 25 years, I’ve been saying that for a very long time.

I’m amazed that Clapton keeps making public statements, despite being dead for over 20 years. 

CNN is sensationalized, editorial garbage and should be avoided. When I learned to stop going to cnn.com to test internet connectivity, I found my qualify of life was greatly improved. It is trash.

I know nothing about this film, but that headline and the star have me intrigued enough to see it with no prior knowledge. I’m not even going to read this review, and will walk away from The AVClub 100% satisfied.

How generous of him to pay $2.2M not to admit wrongdoing, but to generally highlight the mistreatment of women by Hollywood. Seems like such a nice guy!
