Honestly...without having seen a photo of him, and only knowing his name as someone from TV(?) from the 70s, I just assumed it was Grizzly Adams.

I see no problem with permanently squashing the media propagation of the Casting Couch as a necessary evil we accept by default.

I have a miniature pocket sized moleskin book that use specifically for travel. I write down the place I’m staying and the public transit directions, for when my phone inevitably gets down to 0%. 

The education system encourages perfection by emphasizing grades over learning. We often reward success rather than rewarding an attempt, the byproduct of which is discouraging failure or taking a risk (that could lead to failure.) All of this is what we fight against and have to make people un-learn when my theatre

I am not talking about pays per stream/listen. I am talking about music licensing for use in television, film, and commercials. 

I am curious how individual artist payments have changed. “The industry” generally refers to the big companies. But I’d think that with more media outlets in which to license music, composers (ie, the musicians) are probably getting more money now than 30 years ago. Which is how it should be.
