Source?  Neither founder of Act Blue shows any donations to Republicans on OpenSecrets.org, and Benjamin Rahn in particular has donated to quite a few democrats in the last 4 years.

“Act Blue is owned by a Republican super donor who finds it very amusing to donate his cut of funds generated for liberal causes to conservative campaigns.”

She dug her own hole. She markets herself as a “moderate”, yet every single time it comes down to it she gives in to McConnell. The only time she is allowed to let her moderate flag fly is early in the process, when she won’t be the deciding vote or when the result is largely inconsequential. When it is something

Susan Collins voted in a crybaby to the highest court in the land. We won’t forget that.

You guys. Seriously? Every time you said “to be fair” or tried to make a nice comment, you always cut it up with ugliness. I think Taylor knows her audience well, and well, as a Swiftie, I ate it up. It’s no secret that ME! is her attempt at a universal kidz bop-type hit. I wasn’t a personal fan either, but You Need To

I’m so confused by your critique of “The Man.” It seems like the argument you’re making is that men and women are now scrutinized and evaluated in exactly the same way? In what universe?? You guys may call out Leo’s parade of model girlfriends on this website (and the bad actions of many men), but out in the real

I’m with you. And the fact that she writes all of her songs (and some completely on her own) is pretty awesome.  You can’t say that about most pop artists.

And the album was pretty fucking moving, so I mean please.

Wow. I’m shocked that the Jezebel Staff didn’t like something Taylor Swift did.

Taylor gets a lot of hate (she can def be annoying) but what confuses me is that a lot of ppl are buying her fucking albums so are people just closeted fans?

How could you leave out Lizzo’s performance!!? It was spectacular!

Yeah, this was...a REMARKABLY bad take. The Me Too movement isn’t “criticism.” By that logic, men are criticized for, uh, sexual assault and physical abuse. Women are criticized for...being successful and not being humble about it. Or being beautiful and not feeling bad about it. Or being “childish” when they’re 29. Le

Hoo boy, Rich really got triggered over The Man and the presumption that rich, successful women might still receive more blowback and criticism than men in similar positions. “The Biebs gets criticized too!” is not a hill to die on.

I loved this album. It’s pop and not statement rock music. Personally I’m sick of pop stars getting political and all parroting the same line. Taylor’s brand of woke is some weak tea but The Man works well as a song so I gotta give her that. I hated ME but hated it less on the album. I really don’t like I Forgot that

Holy hell, this was a realllllllly long way to just say “we don’t like Taylor Swift that much as a person, the album was fine, 6/10.”

Sean Duffy, former Real World (Boston) resident, married to Rachel Campos (now Campos-Duffy) former Real World (San Francisco) resident. Both participated in several Real World spin offs after their seasons, met, fell in love, married, had NINE FUCKING KIDS.

Right? She also talked a lot about hoping she’d have her first kiss soon. She picked defining moments that she thought people would care about.

Just here to say I unapologetically love Taylor Swift. She works HARD. She can write a catchy earworm of a tune before I’ve even finished breakfast. The Reputation Tour was fun as fuck. I went for my 36th birthday. I really only heard about her circa the Red album and everything that came after it. I love 1989. I’m

Not to backseat drive, but the hotter take might have been: “Lover is fucking lit!”
